Simply stated, we do not send unsolicited commercial email to our current or future customers.

We recognize that fraudulent companies exist who hijack email accounts for the purpose of sending commercial email using someone else's email. Many do this by using a technology that surfs the Internet collecting website email address information. To prevent this, all email information posted on this site is encrypted to prevent such collection.

We may, from time to time, offer information and products that can be downloaded from our site via email. In cases such as these, we use a double opt-in method of email delivery. Double opt-in delivery means that anyone may request delivery of such products by registering their email address. An email is first sent to the registered address to confirm that the owner of that email did personally request the information or product. Only after the request is confirmed as being a valid request is the information or product delivered.

No one has authority to promote McGhee Insurance Agency, its products or services through the use of unsolicited commercial email.
