Bill McGhee was born and raised on a small farm close to Humphrey, Ar. He entered the insurance business in 1980 at the age of 24. After spending 19 years with American National Insurance company both as an agent and manager, he opened McGhee Insurance Agency Inc. in July, 1999.

Bill is very active in the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas where he currently serves as board member. Bill’s son Adam is a minister in Lexington, Ky and his daughter Melissa is a teacher/coach in the Bryant, Ar school district. His only grandchild Caleb was born in March, 2008.

Bill lives in the Ferndale area in west Pulaski county and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and riding his Harley Davidson.

Darin Hoover joined the McGhee Insurance Agency family in 2001.  He serves as Vice President of Sales for all of our offices.  Through this role Darin is the cornerstone of our personal lines department.

Darin holds licenses in the following: Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health.

Darin is our agency’s in-house specialist for homeowner’s insurance.  His knowledge of property coverage, company preferences and insurance markets allow him to provide comprehensive policies with competitive prices for all of our clients.   

Darin holds college degrees from Kansas State University in Natural Resources, and John Brown University in Business.

Tina DeMaine manages Life, Health and Employee Benefits for McGhee Insurance Agency.  She is a licensed Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health Agent with 25 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry.  In 1994 she earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation.  She has served as the Chairman of the Education Committee for the Independent Agents of Arkansas and was awarded the Charlotte Patterson Memorial Award in 2002 in recognition of high standards in the industry.  She has served on various agent advisory boards for our partner companies. 

Tina will provide you with a full market evaluation designed specifically for your group of employees and will offer the best recommendation for your business.  In addition, this evaluation will be provided each year at the group’s annual renewal free of charge.

Nancy joined McGhee Insurance Agency in 2003 as a CSR. That same year, she became an agent for personal lines. Nancy has a strong knowledge of the personal lines market for insurance. She holds license for Property and Casualty, and is working towards her CISR designation. Nancy strives to provide professional and courteous service to McGhee Insurance Agency customers.

Sarah Sutton is a native of Central Arkansas. She has been with McGhee Insurance Agency, Inc for over two and a half years and is currently working on her CISR designation. She has a strong background in customer service and utilizes that in in her day to day work."

Michelle joined McGhee in June 2008 as A customer service rep. She has since got her Producer License . Michelle provides excellent customer service and is a great asset to McGhee Insurance Agency.

Lola Drennan joined the McGhee Insurance Agency family in 2006 as a Marketing Specialist.  She has devoted herself for 25 years to Commercial Insurance as a marketing, sales and service specialist.   The McGhee Insurance Agency’s staff and clients rely heavily upon Lola because of her unparallel, in-depth knowledge of exposures inherent to the variety of businesses that exist in our marketplace. 

Lola holds licenses in the following: Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health.  She is distinguished by the following professional designations:  Certified Insurance Counselor “CIC” and Accredited Advisor in Insurance “AAI”.  Lola was honored in 2008 for her extraordinary abilities & attributes by receiving the “Charlotte Patterson Memorial Award - Recognition of Your High Standards of Professional Performance to the American Agency System.”  This award is presented to only one individual per year and is coveted by insurance professionals.    

Lola proudly serves on the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas’ Young Agents committee as well as agent advisory councils for some of McGhee Insurance Agency’s partner insurance carriers.   

Charles Snider joined McGhee Insurance Agency in 1999 as a Personal and Commercial Lines agent including Health, Life and Accident insurance. Charles has fifteen years experience in these lines.

Charles strives to provide professional and courteous service to his clients; providing consultation before and after the sale.

Born and raised in the Chicago land area. Brandi is a graduate of Purdue University with majors in Psychology and Business Marketing. Upon graduation started TruBen Group Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Benefits Consultant working with large and small businesses, offering a variety of products. In 2004 joined Sagamore Insurance Company as a Territory Sales Manager traveling numerous states working with Independent agents to grow their business. Falling in love with the beauty and wonder of Arkansas she moved May 1st, 2006 to open McGhee Insurance Agency, Inc. in Rogers, Arkansas. In her spare time she plays on numerous softball teams in the area, is a proud member of the local Northwest chapter of the Elks lodge, participates in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program of North West Arkansas and also coaches 5th and 6th grade cheerleading for the Upward Bound program.

Whitney was Born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas. She graduated from Rogers High School in 2005. She joined the McGhee Insurance Agency family in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. Her goal is to become a licensed agent to help our company grow. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her Korbin and playing softball. Also helps coach 5th and 6th grade cheerleading team for Upward Bound program.

Joe was born and raised in Dodge City, Ks. In 1993 He attended Kansas State University majoring in Business. In his spare time Joe is a boys basketball coach for the boys and girls club and on the volunteer board for the NWA YMCA sports program. He joined the team in 2008 and his extensive background in sales has helped assist him in becoming a top producer within McGhee Insurance Agency.
