Darin Hoover, vice president of sales for McGhee Insurance Agency grew up in a small farming community in western Kansas. He majored in Forestry at Kansas State University in Manhattan about 125 miles west of Kansas City.

An outdoorsman at heart, Darin spent eight years as a hunting and fishing guide in Idaho and British Columbia, Canada.

He moved to Little Rock after marrying Dr. Joyce Fowler.

"I've always liked working with people," Darin says as to why he became an insurance agent in 1995. He earned a degree in business from John Brown University after becoming an agent in order to be of better service to his customers.

He's been with McGhee Insurance Agency since 2001.
