Commercial Liability Insurance protects your business from claims
related to business conduct.

There are four major areas Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance
can provide:
Premises
and Operations - This provides protection from incidents that
arise on your premises and the normal operation of your business.
Products
and Completed Operations - This provides coverage for bodily injury or property damage due to a defective product. It also
covers a contractor who has completed a job and left the premises.
Certain Contractual Liability - This covers your business when you
assume liability for another party with whom you have a written contract.
Contingent Liability - This protects business owners by providing liability
protection from the actions of your employees, agents or subcontractors.
One exception to your General Liability Coverage would
be the injury of employees who are covered by Workers Compensation. Auto liability is not covered by CGL because autos are covered under
Commercial Auto Insurance.
There are numerous ways to structure Commercial Liability protection
to fit the needs of your business. You may wish to include Commercial Umbrella Liability Coverage. Our professional staff
can assist you. You may also wish to visit our information page about Business
Owners Liability Insurance.
